The apartment is beautiful the team is amazing the check in went smoothly and the team was very reachable and friendly we requested duvet and extra access cards which were provided on spot. I will come again for sure.

Аппартаменты нам нравятся. Останавливаемся тут третий раз. Расположение : ШИКАРНОЕ! выход из лифта в Дубай Молл. Вид с Балкона на Бурдж Халифа и фонтаны. Так же рядом хороший продуктовый магазин. На территории: спортивный зал и два открытых бассейна . Есть зона для барбекю. Удобства: прекрасные сан-узлы. Огромная посудомоечная машинка. Хорошие подушки и одеяла. Шторы полностью Блэк-аут. Большие телевизоры. комната для стирки. Хозяин : встретил нас в четыре утра , лично помог с чемоданами и помог установить приложение для открывания двери . Хозяин всегда на связи! МИНУСЫ КОМПЛЕКСА: Вам дают 2 карты на вход в GUM и Мall. Они не работают почти всегда. Это проблема именно комплекса. Неделю плохо работал кондиционер. Хозяин смог решить эту проблему в итоге. Вызвал мастеров. Ушло много времени. Мы были три недели - клининг был по запросу 1 раз. Мастера по клинингу супер-девушки💪🏻 Хотелось бы чтобы на длительное проживание давали клининг раз в неделю К проживанию РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

The location and surroundings are great. The apartment is spacious and neat. The only reason I do not give top marks is because management did not provide an access card. Therefore we had to be buzzed in by security every time we entered the building which was super annoying. We reached out to management the first few days for the card but did not get one. After a while we just gave up because we knew we would not get the access card for our stay. Otherwise the apartment is wonderful.

Perfect location downtown. Connected to Dubai Mall and a few mins by Uber to DIFC. The view is stunning too. Both bedrooms are of good size, and have en-suite bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen, well-furnished living/dining space, cosy balcony and the guest bathroom is a handy extra. We didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool but would def stay here again.
